VknowCustomers Corporation takes privacy seriously for our customers. We are committed to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal information, transactions and communications with us while using any of our technology, solutions and services. In order to get full access to our technology solutions and services, we may ask information about your business. Our privacy policy is driven by the approach that We understand what information is collected, why We collect it, how We protect it, and how You can access or change it.

Business Sign-up

When we register your business account with VknowCustomers Corporation to access our solutions and services, we ask for your business email address, business name, business address, business website and contact name.

We allow you to collect email addresses, phone numbers, and other custom data when your customers opt in to join your distribution list(s). We may use this information to:

  1. To anticipate and resolve problems and conflicts with our products and services.
  2. For verification and authentication purposes in regard to requests or changes of any personal information or data related.
  3. For other purposes communicated to them at the time they provide or authorize the use of their information. VknowCustomers Corporation will never sell or rent your business and your customers information to anyone else. All information on current and former members is retained in our database solely for customer service and accounting purposes.

SMS and Email Tools and Services:

VknowCustomers Corporation provides you (as our valued customer) technology solutions, tools and resources to collect your subscribers’ contact information on an opt-in basis. Note that all Subscribers can opt out of your distribution lists easily at any time. All Subscribers can grant or revoke your ability to view and export their contact information by using our opt out process from Emails by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link located at the bottom of each email and from SMS by sending “STOP” to your short code.

VknowCustomers Corporation provides managed services for any of the technology and tools for your business operations after signed agreement between us and Your Company. Your business (VknowCustomers Corporation Customer) is legally responsible to follow regulations such as TCPA and CTIA which includes providing:

  1. (a) unsubscribe options and instructions
  2. (b) message frequency
  3. (c) campaign description and
  4. (d) “message and data rates may apply” disclosures on marketing materials, company website, sign up forms and any other collateral promoting your messaging campaign.

Anti-SPAM Policy

VknowCustomers Corporation has NO TOLERANCE for violators of anti-SPAM policy. Any business account found to be using our Technology and Solutions for spam will be suspended without any advanced notice.

End Customer Consent

While using VknowCustomers Corporation Solutions and Technology it is responsibility of your business to ensure that the recipient of your message has been clearly and fully notified of the collection and use of his or her contact information and has consented, as required by law, prior to receiving your emails or messages.

VknowCustomers Corporation has the right to suspend any business account without a refund if the account knowingly or unknowingly contributes to spam or violates federal, state, local or carrier laws or rules. In addition, in VknowCustomers Corporation’s defense, VknowCustomers Corporation may be required to assist the parties claiming damages from your actions related to spam.

End Customer Consent can be obtained in handwritten form or via email, website form, text message, or other methods in compliance with the E-SIGN Act. You must obtain consent from the recipient of your messages, even if you previously had a business relationship with the recipient.

If your business is sending text or email messages for solicitation purposes, then your Marketing Campaign must meet the “prior express written consent” standard. The revised TCPA rule defines “prior express written consent” as a signed written agreement that clearly discloses to the end customer that:

  • By signing the agreement, he or she authorizes the seller to deliver telemarketing messages to a designated phone number using an automatic telephone dialing system, email and sms message.
  • The end customer is not required to sign the agreement or agree to enter into it as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
  • The required signature may be obtained in compliance with the E-SIGN Act, including via an e-mail, website form, text message, telephone key press, or voice recording.


VknowCustomers Corporation does not share your personally identifiable information with third parties without your permission. VknowCustomers Corporation may partner with companies who wish to offer our products or services to their current customers, prospective customers, mailing list members and site visitors. These companies offer our products and services under their brand name, and if you choose to sign up for our services under the brand name of our partner company, we may share personally identifiable information with that company.

Information Retention

VknowCustomers do not retain any of the PII or Non-PII once an account is not active within our system. We do not keep any of the end-customer data in our data storage.

Credit/Debit Card Information

Credit/debit card information is never shared with outside parties for promotional purposes. When you purchase products or services, we will ask for your billing address, your phone number and credit/debit card information.


VknowCustomers Corporation may use cookies when you visit our site or use any of our solutions. Cookies are used to remember information you have already entered, for instance a password, so that you will not have to re-enter them every time you visit. VknowCustomers Corporation will never use cookies to collect additional personally identifiable information about you. You may ask your browser to not accept cookies or to notify you when a cookie is being sent if you do not wish to accept cookies.

IP Addresses

VknowCustomers Corporation may use IP address to analyze solution usage trends, track users’ movements inside the solutions and gather very general demographic information. Note that IP addresses are not linked to PII.

Policy Updates and Your Consent

Your continued use of the VknowCustomers Corporation solutions and services following any changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes your full acceptance and consent of our Privacy Policy and any changes to the policy. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will update the Privacy Policy on our website for your review. In no event shall VknowCustomers Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business or profits.


You can log in to the Site using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect, Google or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal Data with us, such as your name and email address, to populate your name when you are connected. When you provide ReviewTrackers access to your account on these services, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable us to access that social media service, however you will provide your login information, like your password, directly to such service (and not to VKnowCustomers).

Services like Facebook Connect and others give you the option to post information about your activities on the Site to your profile page to share with others within your network. You should take care to monitor and control what information these other websites and services collect and make public about you. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites and any information you post on these sites are governed by the privacy policy or practices and terms of service of that site.
